To Serve:
Take a cabbage leaf and add the tomato salsa, put the meat on top and finish off with the Tzatziki
Ingredients
- 200g Beef
- 1/2 Onion Chopped
- 1/4 Cucumber Chopped
- 10 Cherry Tomatoes
- Low Fat Greek Yoghurt
- 1 Clove Garlic
- Baby Cabbage Leaves
- Salt, Pepper & Spices
Instructions
- Spice meat and cut into thin strips, allow to rest
- Heat non stick pan, add a tbs of olive oil and fry strips until cooked
- Chop the tomato, onion and half the cucumber and mix in a bowl
- To make the Tzatziki:
- Chop the remainder of the cucumber very finely and mince the garlic
- Add to the yoghurt, together with salt and pepper
