- 1 Zucchini Large, Chopped
- 2 Cups Broccoli Florets
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 2 Tbs Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Paprika
- 1 Tsp Oregano
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 230
- Cut foil into 4 strips of 30 x 30
- Cube Chicken
- Combine all ingredients into a large bowl
- Add mixture into 4 tin foil parcels
- Place foils on a baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes
