Greek Chicken and Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
- 100g Chicken Breast
- Celery
- 1 Cup Cabbage
- 1 Lemon
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- Salt Pepper & Spices
Instructions
- Spice the chicken with salt, pepper & spices to taste and allow to rest Heat non stick frying pan and cook chicken until cooked through
- Just before removing from the pan, use half the juice of the lemon and squeeze over the chicken
- For the salad
- Slice the celery stalks and leaves and place in mixing bowl
- Shred the cabbage and add it to the bowl
- Crush the garlic and add
- Squeeze the remaining lemon into the bowl and toss
